Carl Freiling – A MO licensed Broker. Carl is a transplant from Hannibal, an MU Honors Graduate of 1971, and moved to Southern Boone County in 1973 when he “bought the farm.” Carl started his career in real estate in 1974. Carl currently serves on the Boone County Planning and Zoning Commission, which offers a means of helping balance the benefits of growth with the needs for protection and preservation.
Sandy Freiling – A MO licensed salesperson. Sandy is a lifetime resident of Boone County, having migrated from a Centralia farm to Southern Boone County. After many years in Columbia’s health care community, Sandy joined Carl full time in 2001.
Angela Welch – A MO licensed salesperson. Angela was born and raised in Central Missouri and currently resides in Ashland, MO. She has a wonderful husband and three boys. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys the outdoors. Angela is also very active in her local church and believes strongly in helping others.
